FAQ:

1. How to connect?

The HT03 earbuds will automatically power on when you open the charging case, and it will reconnect to your device after the first time of pairing and use.

2. How to reset your earbuds?

First, place the earbuds into the charging case, then delete the Bluetooth pairing information on the phone. Finally take the earbuds out of the charging case, wait for 20 seconds until only one earbud flashes the light. Now you can re-pair with your phone.

3. How to pair?

Pick up 2 headsets from the charging case, and after automatically connect, and choose “QCY-HT03” to pair the earbuds.

Note:

Before use HT03 earbuds, make sure that you have downloaded the QCY App and updated your earbuds with the latest firmware to optimize your experience. Make sure you use the correct size of ear tips and wear it correctly.

After the earphone is normally connected to the mobile phone, if it cannot connect to the QCY APP, this is because the mobile phone system language is not English. Please switch the mobile phone system language to English, and then reconnect to the QCY APP.
